This book of approximately 94 pages contains the official translation of the Rule for the Third Order of Carmel which was promulgated on July 16, 2003 as well as the Rule of St. Albert and several pages of explanations and indices to assist in the study of the document. The members of the Third Order now have a document which, like the Constitutions of the religious, seeks to make the connection between the Carmelite ideal and the present reality of those who pledge themselves to live by it. This will become one of the fundamental documents essential for each Lay Carmelite. |
